Reformer 1
Fundamentals and
Introductory Exercises

This module introduces you to the Reformer as a central tool in studio practice. You will learn to use it safely, teach basic and intermediate exercises, and apply modifications based on each student’s profile. Pedagogical reasoning skills are developed from the very beginning.

Intermediate Exercises and Specialized Programming
