I'm Venecia Hernández, a certified international Pilates instructor (NCPT) with over 14 years of experience. I'm also the CEO of Mindbody Pilates Studio, with more than 12 years in the industry and over 15,000 students trained. We've designed an in-person Pilates Wunda Chair course to help you master this equipment effectively.
In this 14-hour intensive course, you'll learn to use the Pilates Springboard safely, effectively, and creatively. We'll cover essential exercises and progressions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels; adaptations for different goals and special populations; and how to design personalized routines that elevate your practice or teaching.
